3 Ways to Make Martha White® Muffin Baking Fast and Easy

Many people enjoy providing homemade baked goods to their family and friends. However, no matter how much we enjoy baking and how simple the recipe, there are times when we need a last minute, quick and easy treat.

Muffins are the perfect choice for unexpected guests, a school treat or a quick part of breakfast. Follow the three steps below to tasty muffins in a matter of minutes.

  1. Martha White muffin mixes and cold milk are the perfect staples to keep in your kitchen. There are a variety of muffin mix flavors to suit any taste. The muffins can be enhanced with the addition of flavored nuts, chips or dried fruits.
  2. Use paper baking cups. Lining the muffin cups with paper liners allows the muffins to pop right out, eliminates the mess, and makes clean-up a breeze.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop for the batter. This creates uniformity and easy release of the batter.

Blueberry White Chocolate Macadamia Muffins are one of my favorite easy recipes. Start with the Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix and add white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts or almonds to the batter. As an option, white chocolate chips can be melted and drizzled on top of cooled muffins.
